Where/how can I buy your bags?

 All Jimmi wZ bags are available exclusively here, select boutiques and trunk shows.  Since we have grown over the last year, please note our shop ordering process has changed.  Bags will now be available in roughly monthly collections.  They are all ready to ship on a first come first serve basis.  If items are sold out, keep an eye out for the next collection-new bags are always on the way!  Release dates will be announced here and on Instagram.  All bags are one of a kind and handmade by Jimmi wZ and a small team of artisans.  We  have several   brick and mortar stockists: The Brick Wall Boutique (Mariposa, CA.), La Vie Est Belle (Seaside, FL.), Moo Country (Nashville, TN), The Indigo Child (Athens, GA.), Two Old Hippies (Nashville, TN) Wild Root (Panama City Beach, FL.).

• Do you accept custom orders? 

We do occasionally accept custom orders and love making special, one-of-a-kind pieces for our customers. However, keep in mind we are a small business with a small staff, therefore we can only accommodate a small number of custom orders at any given time. Also, please consider and allow for a several week lead time if you do decide place a custom order. Every Jimmi is a one-off, unique creation and take time to design and create. Please feel free to contact us for more information on what the process entails in making your own custom creation.

• Is each Jimmi truly unique?

Our bags uniqueness begins with the hand selected leather which is all sourced here in the United States from family owned businesses who have been in the business for generations. No two hides we use for our products are alike, and we always strive for the finest quality in each bag. Each piece is cut, sewn and finished by human hands at our workshop in Panama City Beach, Florida. Creating a Jimmi is a process that takes hours, sometimes days, from its conception to its completion. We pride ourselves in our dedication to detail and our passion for creating wearable art. So, yes. Each Jimmi IS truly unique!

What is your shipping policy?

 Our goal is to get your new bag to you as quickly as possible! Here is how it works: Once your order is placed, we process and package your order which could take 1-5 business days depending on volume. Orders placed after 3PM CST are processed the next business day. We use USPS priority 2-3 day shipping on all orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your package has shipped. If you need to receive your package sooner than the typical shipping time, or you would like for us to include “signature upon delivery” to your order please contact us for details. Please note: All shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Jimmi WZ Bags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

• What is your return policy?

We’re sorry you don't love your Jimmi WZ product! You can return item within 14 days of receiving your package. All items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria are non-refundable, and will be denied. Items returned after 15 days of purchase will receive store credit as long as they still meet the criteria listed above and is within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and Jimmi WZ Bags is not responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund at that time or on the following business day. Please note that it may take additional days for your banking institution to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days). All Sale items are final. If an item is defective please let us know as soon as possible sop that we can address the issue promptly. 


  Care Instructions

• How do I take care of my Jimmi?

In order to protect your new Jimmi WZ Bag we advise you take special care when maintaining them and use only specialist cleaner designed for fine leather goods. Leather is a natural material that evolves, changes color, softens and acquires patina over time. Call it the evolving character of the bag, which only time and use can give you. Jimmi WZ leather goods will become even more beautiful and unique with age and proper care. Follow these simple steps and you will get a lifetime of use and enjoyment out of your Jimmi: 

     -Avoid exposure to humidity or direct heat. 

     -Prevent contact with inks, alcohols (perfumes, solvents), or greasy substances (oils, makeup).

      -Avoid contact with rough or abrasive materials.

      -Waterproof your Jimmi and maintain with a professional leather conditioner. 

      -Take special care of white or light-colored bags to avoid stains, as it may be difficult or impossible to remove  them.

      -Use a clean, dry, soft cloth when cleaning your leather goods. 

      -In case of contact with water do not rub or wring the leather.  Use a clean, dry, soft         cloth to absorb any liquid, and lay flat to dry. 

      -If stains occur, dab the area with a damp, soft cloth and air dry. 

Can my Jimmi be repaired?

We do our best to provide you with the highest quality leather goods that can last you a lifetime of wear, however, the natural wear and tear our products experience after purchase is out of our control. We are not responsible for damages that occur from everyday use, though we are more than happy to assist you with any repairs you may need with your Jimmi. Please contact us with any questions and/or request you may have pertaining to repairs. We can assess any damages and provide you with a cost and time estimate.
